Doctor Dodgeball

Divide players into two equal teams. Before the game each team secretly selects one player as their doctor. The game is played like standard dodgeball: players throw balls to hit opponents below the shoulder. A hit player sits on the spot where they were hit. The secret doctor can crawl to hit players on their own team and tap them to revive them. If the doctor is hit, they are eliminated and cannot revive anyone, but remain secret until they are hit. A team wins when their opponents have no remaining active players or their doctor has been identified and eliminated.

Allow each team to have two doctors. Require players to guess who the doctor is mid-game as a strategic element.
