What PE Games is (and isn't)
PE Games is a library of games and lesson-planning tools for PE teachers. It includes a searchable library of games, an AI Game Generator, an AI Lesson Planner, and interactive Big Screen Games designed to be projected in class. PE Games is NOT a coach, a medical device, a physiotherapist, or a safety auditor. Nothing in PE Games replaces professional judgement about what is safe and appropriate for your students. You are the teacher — use your judgement.
Premium subscription
Premium is an optional subscription. Pricing is shown on the subscription screen inside the app. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers; you can cancel during the trial and not be charged. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You manage and cancel your subscription in the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). We can't cancel an Apple- or Google-managed subscription on your behalf — only you can.
What Premium unlocks
The AI Game Generator, the AI Lesson Planner, Big Screen Games, unlimited saved games and lesson plans, and PDF export of lesson plans. The game library itself is free to browse for everyone.
Your content is yours
Lesson plans, games, notes, and edits you create in PE Games belong to you. You can export your lesson plans to PDF from the app. If you cancel your subscription, your saved library remains accessible (you just lose the ability to generate new AI content until you resubscribe).
AI-generated content
Games and lesson plans generated by our AI features are produced by large language models and can contain errors, omissions, or activities that aren't suitable for your specific class or space. Always read and adapt generated content before running it with students. PE Games is not liable for the content of AI-generated games or plans — you are the teacher, the judgement call is yours.
Acceptable use
Please don't use PE Games to generate content that is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or clearly inappropriate for a school setting. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the app or abuse our AI endpoints. Accounts that repeatedly generate clearly abusive or out-of-scope content may be suspended.
Our content
The PE Games name, logo, icons, typography choices, game library copy, prompt copy, and overall visual identity are ours. Please don't copy them into other products.
No warranty; limitation of liability
PE Games is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be free of bugs, always available, or suitable for any specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PE Games is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. None of this limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law, which are not excludable.
Ending use
You can stop using PE Games at any time by deleting your account from inside the app and uninstalling. We may suspend access for anyone who materially breaches these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll update this page and bump the effective date. Material changes will be surfaced the first time you open the updated version of the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If we have a disagreement, we'd love to sort it out by email first: support@connectedpe.com.
