Lightning

All players line up in a single file at the free throw line or a designated shooting spot. The first two players each have a basketball. The first player shoots. If they make the basket they pass the ball to the third player in line and join the back of the queue. If they miss they must retrieve and score from anywhere on the court before the second player scores. The second player may shoot as soon as the first player has attempted their first shot. If the second player scores before the first player does, the first player is eliminated. The game continues with each new player being able to eliminate the one in front of them. The last player remaining wins.

Start shooting from a closer distance for beginners. Add a rule that the ball must be scored from the same spot it was missed from.
