Icebreaker Games

Finger Fencing

A quick, energetic game that allows participants to work in close proximity with others!

How to play

Have participants form pairs and find their own space. Instruct them to hold each other's right hand and stand on their left foot. On 'Go' they hop around, holding hands at all times, and try to 'joust' their partner in the abdomen area with their index finger. Partners keep a record of how many 'jousts' they manage in the time given. Alternate partners so people work with a number of others.

Variations

Alternate which foot participants stand on and/or which hand is used to increase difficulty.
