How to play
1. Swimmers stand about 6 metres away from the side of a wall with adequate spacing between each swimmer
2. On the word 'go' they swim towards the wall, touch it with both hands and perform a forward roll
3. Without touching the bottom, they push off with both feet and flutter kick on their backs towards the starting point
4. With more advanced swimmers you may choose to pair the swimmers up and have the second swimmer a couple of seconds behind the first. When the first rolls of the wall, he or she remains underwater and swims below the second swimmer, watching the second swimmer pass over
