Over-Under Relay

Divide the class into equal teams lined up in single file. The first player holds a ball above their head and passes it over their head to the player behind. The second player passes it under through their legs to the third player. Players continue alternating over the head and under the legs all the way to the back of the line. When the last player receives the ball they run to the front of the line and the process begins again. The relay ends when the original front player is back at the front of the line. The first team to finish wins.

Use different sized balls to vary the challenge. Add a rule that players must pass both over and under before the ball reaches the next person.
