Red Light Green Light

Set up a start line and a finish line about 20 metres apart. One player is the traffic light and stands at the finish line with their back to the group. All other players line up on the start line. When the traffic light calls 'Green Light', players move toward the finish line. When the traffic light calls 'Red Light' and spins around, all players must freeze immediately. Any player caught moving on red light must return to the start. The first player to reach and tag the traffic light wins and becomes the next traffic light.

Add 'Orange Light' where players must move in slow motion. Use different locomotion types such as hopping or skipping on each green light.
