Colourbands for taggers
How to play
Nominate two or three taggers who wear colourbands. Taggers chase free runners within the designated area. When tagged, a player must crouch down on one knee with one arm extended out like a toilet handle. They are frozen until a free player comes and pushes down on their outstretched arm and makes a flushing sound, which frees them to run again. Taggers aim to get all players frozen simultaneously. Rotate the taggers after one to two minutes.
Variations
Have two taggers working together to corner runners. Allow the flushing player to also be safe for three seconds after performing the rescue.
