Human Knot

Players stand in a circle facing inward and put their hands into the middle. Each player grabs the hand of someone who is not immediately beside them, ensuring each hand holds a different person's hand. Players must then work together to untangle the human knot without letting go of any hands. They may need to step over, duck under, and rotate to untangle themselves. The goal is to end up in a complete circle, either all facing inward or in a figure-of-eight. Communication, patience, and problem-solving are key to success.

Allow one hand release and reconnect if the group becomes stuck. Try it in complete silence to increase the challenge of communication.
